Welcome to the Upper Grades Wind Ensemble. If you have at least one year of experience on a brass or woodwind instrument (or percussion), you may be eligible to join Wind Ensemble.
Wind Ensemble performs intermediate to advanced level wind literature. The class meets daily, under the direction of Craig McGorry, NEST+m's upper grade music teacher. We will study how wind ensembles have been used historically, their presence in media (including films), their role as concert music, and possibilities for the future.
